Arkona Ring

from $225.00

Named after Arkona, the dramatic headland on the island of Rügen and the site of an important pre-Christian Slavic sanctuary, the ring draws on ideas of protection, strength, and the meeting of opposing forces.

Its sweeping form wraps around the finger in two opposing curves, meeting at a 6mm cabochon gemstone at the centre. The smooth, substantial metal gives the ring an almost armour-like quality, while the stone adds a small point of colour and light.

Available in sterling silver or brass, each version has its own character—the cool, luminous finish of silver or the warm, ancient feel of brass.

Details: Sterling silver or brass • 6mm cabochon gemstone • Sculptural statement silhouette • Hand-finished • Handmade in the Babushka Dama studio

Because each piece is handmade, subtle variations are part of its character and make every ring unique.
