As many pieces are handmade and made to order, please review the production and shipping information below before placing your order.
Canada
Orders containing solid gold pieces or custom pieces require insured shipping with signature confirmation.
Depending on availability, destination, and current rates, orders may be shipped via Canada Post or UPS.
Additional UPS and Canada Post shipping options are available at checkout. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated according to your location and selected service.
United States
Orders containing solid gold pieces and custom pieces require insured shipping with signature confirmation.
Please note that shipping does not include any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs clearance charges.
Important Information About U.S. Tariffs & Import Charges
As of August 22, 2026, Babushka Dama products shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to additional U.S. tariffs and import charges.
Any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage/clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.

International orders may be shipped using:

Available services, rates, and estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
When to Expect Your Order
Made to Order
If your piece is marked Made to Order, the shipping estimates above do not include production time.
Most made-to-order pieces require approximately 1–4 weeks to create, followed by the applicable shipping time. Please refer to the individual product page for the estimated production time for your piece.
Because each piece is made by hand, production times are estimates and may occasionally vary. Timelines are also conditional on my custom order schedule and any prior bookings.
In Stock
Pieces marked In Stock will generally be dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Occasional delays may occur during studio closures, holidays, or travel. Any significant changes to normal processing times will be communicated whenever possible through the website or social media.
